This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Ninth Period ("Company") governing your use of the Ninth Period's services and platform ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.  User Responsibilities: 

1. You will use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial use. 

2. You will not copy or distribute any part of the Services in any medium without the Company's prior written consent. 

3. You will not use the Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations prevailing in India. 

4. You will not use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any person in any manner. 

5. You will not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services. 

6. You will not use the Services to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or illegal.

 

2.  Company Responsibilities: 

1. The Company will provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement. 

2. The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are always available but cannot guarantee that the Services will always be available or that access to the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

3. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

 

3.  Fees and Payments: 

1. The Services may be provided to Users for a fee, which will be clearly disclosed prior to the User's purchase of the Services. 

2. All fees and charges are non-refundable. 

3. The Company reserves the right to change the fees and charges at any time.

 

4.  Intellectual Property: 

1. The Services and all content and materials included in the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 

2. You may not use any of the Company's trademarks or trade names without the Company's prior written consent.

3. Any usage in contravention to this agreement shall attract appropriate legal proceedings.

 

5.  Termination: 

1. The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Services at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement. 

2. Upon termination, you will immediately cease all use of the Services.

 

 

6.  Limitation of Liability: 

1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, lost data, or business interruption. 

2. The Company's liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

 

7.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved by the courts located in Bihar, India.

 

8.  Miscellaneous: 

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the Services.

2. The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. 

3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
